Have you been invited to join Our Turtle House by a friend or family member?
If so, here’s how to set up your shared membership account.
IMPORTANT
You MUST be added by a paid user on the Family Plan BEFORE following these steps.
1. Download the app at www.turtle.link/app (iOS / Android)
2. Open the app.
3. Click “New User” button.
4. Fill out the Registration form. The email address MUST match the one used when you were added to the account.
5. Create a unique Username and Password to use for logging in.
6. Click “Submit” to create the account and log in automatically.
If you have followed these steps, but you cannot access the full list of content, or they did not work, then you were not added by a paid member.
