The Password Reset email will come to the email address you have entered into the Password Reset form.

If you do not have a membership account, you will not receive a Password Reset email.

Don’t see the Password Reset email in your email Inbox? Sometimes the Password Reset email will end up in the “Spam” or “Junk” folder of your email account.

If you do not see it in your Spam or Junk folder, please send us a Support Request and we will look into the issue.
