All Jumping Turtle event tickets are delivered via email to the email address you provide at checkout.

Please make sure to enter your correct email address during checkout.

The first thing to do if you have not received your Confirmation email is to check your Spam or Junk folder for any emails from “Jumping Turtle Events”.

If you don’t see the Confirmation email at all, please send us a Support Request and we will make sure the email address on file is correct, or re-send your Tickets if needed.
