Some of the issues that you might experience (such as playing videos) can be solved by clearing the Chrome browser cache.
Here’s how to clear the cache:
1-Click on the “3 dots” in the top-right corner of Chrome.
2-Click on “More Tools”.
3-Click on “Clear browsing data”.
4-Select “All time” from the drop-down menu.
5-Make sure only “Download History, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files” is selected.
6-Click the “Clear Data” button.
