Your Family Plan (Monthly or Yearly) allows you to add up to 5 extra “Family Members” (Users) onto your membership account. This could be anyone who you feel is part of your “Family” (whether living in your household or not). They will each have their own, separate login to access the content.

YOU CAN ONLY ADD USERS TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP FROM WITHIN THE “OUR TURTLE HOUSE” APP.

If you don’t have the Our Turtle House app, download it at www.turtle.link/app (iOS / Android)

1. Open the app from your mobile device.
2. Tap on the “Menu” icon (top-right of the screen).
3. Tap on “Account” link.
4. Tap on the “Family” button.
5. To add a family member click on the green “Plus” icon.
6. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the family member you want to add.
7. Tap the “Submit” button to add them onto your Account.
8. Now you will see a message that the family member has been saved. Tap the “Continue” button to proceed.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ADDING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER?
After adding the person to your list, they will receive an email with instructions how to activate their membership. You can read the activation instructions HERE.

You MUST add a family member to your membership FIRST before they can activate their account and receive access to the full list of content.
