Your Family Plan (Monthly or Yearly) allows you to add up to 5 extra “family” members onto your account. This could be anyone who you feel is part of your “Family” (whether living in your household or not).
HOW TO ADD A FAMILY MEMBER TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Download the Our Turtle House app at www.turtle.link/app (iOS / Android)
1. Open the app from your mobile device (of course).
2. Tap on the “Menu” icon (top-right of the screen).
3. Tap on “Account” link.
4. Tap on the “Family” button.
5. To add a family member click on the green “Plus” icon.
6. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of the family member you want to add.
7. Tap the “Submit” button to add them onto your Account.
8. Now you will see a message that the family member has been saved. Tap the “Continue” button to proceed.
After adding the person to your list, they will receive an email with instructions how to activate their membership. You can also find the activation instructions by clicking HERE.
You MUST add a person to your membership FIRST before they can activate their account and receive access to the full list of content.
